Investment Bank requires a Developer to assist in the development of a brand new initiative on Options Strategy Trading. This solution will be used internally and will also be offered to external clients on the web. This position will require deep understanding of Equity Options product including various models used to valuate options. Risk management knowledge is a key to succeed in this role. The role will involve hands-on development of new components and screens, along with maintenance of the existing applications. The architecture for the new development will be C# * .NET. The web offering will be made using ASP * .NET. The candidate will work with the traders and upper management on a daily basis. This will provide opportunities to understand the business more. Essentials: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Equivalent, 3 to 4 years in Investment Banking. Strong Equity Options product knowledge. Development of Trading Systems. Understanding of Valuation and Risk Models. Windows 2000 GUI Development, . NET * C# * ASP, Sybase * SQL. Desirable: Equities and Derivatives Sales and Trading knowledge.
